QUICK TIPS ON FLIPPING PART THREE
June 3, 2011
When starting off, start small…Your first couple of flips shouldn’t be large ones. Try to stick with houses that strictly need cosmetic work. As you do more you can go up on the size of project. With each house you do you will learn good lessons and get more experience.

Curb Appeal…Don’t put all your focus on the inside of your house, you need to attract them enough with the outside to get them in the door! First Impressions are important. How is the exterior paint, roof, landscaping? Create a lifestyle and space for outdoor entertaining, gardening, relaxing, this is an extension of the house and something buyers put a lot of emphasis on.
Open up the space…In the living Room, dining room, kitchen. If there are walls prohibiting the flow of the rooms knock them down! Opening up space makes it more inviting, lightens it up and makes a house feel larger. Create a “Great Room”.
