LYNNWOOD FIXER - WEEK 10

Almost done!

Landscaping was in progress when I arrived on Saturday afternoon. The front door has been painted a dark brown. The stair treads are in the process of being sanded and the risers are painted white. Handrails have been installed. The kitchen is gorgeous! The kitchen island has a dark granite countertop and light colored cabinets while the rest of the kitchen has wood cabinets and earth toned granite. Granite slabs were being cut for the bathroom vanities. Tiling in the master bathroom shower is in progress and looking great. The main bathroom shower walls are also in the process of being tiled.
