This home was purchased by an investor in February. It is located in Mt. Baker, one of Seattle’s most desirable neighborhoods. It was completely gutted. It features all new appliances, marble bathrooms, built-ins and gorgeous moldings. For the look of the house, we went with vibrant and warm colors on the walls- including a very appealing flame orange and butter yellow. Outside, we decided to stay with a neutral palette and add a useful and beautiful porch. It’s a great spot to hang out with a book or a cup of coffee and get some shelter from Seatte’s rainy weather.
