Property Accountants
Invest Now, LLC in Bellevue, Washington, is looking for Property Accountants. Qualified candidates will be completing month-end accounting close, including journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliation, balance sheet and G/L reconciliation and account analysis, fixed asset schedules, financial transactions, accounting journal entries, accounts payable and receivables, and preparation of financial statements using Quickbooks. Performing full cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, including reviewing loan documents. Preparing cash flows of the property investment deals. Performing bank transfers and monthly account reconciliations for multiple accounts. Maintaining mortgage, tax and insurance payment records and make timely payments and assist with budgets and forecasts. Preparing monthly financial reporting packages for multiple properties and work with property managers to ensure activities are recorded accurately for month end. Coordinating cash handling processes, remote deposit captures, and monitor the transactions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Accounting or Business and six months’ experience in position or six months’ experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping Field.
Special requirements: Academic or work experience with financial transactions, accounting journal entries, accounts payable and receivables, reviewing loan documents and Quickbooks. Apply to colin@intrustfunding.com.
