LYNNWOOD FIXER - WEEK 8

New roof and exterior paint in progress!

The crew was installing a new roof and started painting the exterior of this home when I arrived on Saturday afternoon. Inside the house, tile was being laid on the floor of the new basement bathroom. Water resistent, backerboard has been installed on the shower surround of the new basement bathroom as well as in the master and main bathrooms upstairs. The bathroom floors upstairs were tiled this past week. The floors just need grout. The living room fireplace has been resurfaced in flagstone. It is gorgeous! Interior doors have been hung on the new basement bedroom and new family room closet. Click here to see all the photos for this project.
