S AUGUSTA - COSMETIC FIXER - WEEK 5

Week 5. Putting on the finishing touches before cleaning, staging, and listing photos next week! The hardwood floors look great and the bedroom carpets are in. Most doors are up as well. In the kitchen the granite has been installed on the cabinets as well as a glass tile backsplash. New cabinet hardware is also on; just waiting for appliances. In the bathroom the shower and tub were refinished and look good, as well as a new vanity and vinyl floors. Paint is new throughout and a majority of the outside has been painted as well. Fighting with the rain a little on finishing up the outside paint, but it should be complete soon. The new portico is near completion as well. Watch next week for the finished product!
